These booking principles describe how chauffeur requests made through this website are handled. The specific written quote and confirmation supplied for a journey take priority where they contain more detailed terms.

Quotes and confirmation

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message requests information; it does not by itself confirm a vehicle. A booking is confirmed after the reservation team confirms availability, vehicle category, route, pickup time and price in writing.

Journey changes and waiting

Tell the reservation team about changes to the route, passenger count, luggage, flight or pickup time as early as possible. Additional waiting, parking, tolls, route changes or extra stops may affect the final quote when they were not included in the confirmation.

Cancellations
